AI phone receptionist · built for roofers
Riley answers the calls you miss and books the estimate.
You’re on a roof, on another call, or done for the day. Riley picks up in your business name, gets the details, books the estimate into the times you set, and emails you the summary and transcript right after the call.
Your phone number stays the same. Turn Riley off with one phone code.

What Riley does on a call
Four kinds of calls, and a plan for each.
Gets the caller’s name, callback number, property address, the kind of work, and how urgent it is, then offers your open estimate times.
Takes the question and the details, and puts it in your summary so you can call back with the real answer.
Skips the script, gets the address and a callback number, and marks the call URGENT in the email you get the moment it ends.
Takes a message from a vendor. Robocalls, hold music and silent lines get a polite goodbye instead of an open line.
On every call
The rules are in the code, not left to chance.
Riley runs on your settings: hours, services, service area, estimate times, and a list of things it must never say.
- 01Answers in your name
Your greeting, your business name. Riley introduces itself by name, or by one you pick.
- 02Books your windows only
You choose the estimate times, say 9, 11, 1 and 3. Riley cannot book outside them.
- 03Checks your calendar
Busy times are skipped, and the time is checked again the moment before it is booked.
- 04Reads it back
Name, number, address and appointment time, read back before anything is booked.
- 05Knows repeat callers
Someone who called before is greeted by name and asked to confirm their address.
- 06Stays in your area
Works from your list of zip codes. Out-of-area callers get a polite no, and you still see the call.
- 07Never quotes a price
Tells callers your estimator prices the job on site. A filter in the code catches price talk before it is spoken.
- 08No promises it can’t keep
No insurance outcomes, no timelines, and any phrases you ban, like a warranty you don’t offer.
- 09Honest about being AI
If a caller asks whether it’s a real person, Riley says plainly that it is your AI assistant.
- 10Summary in your inbox
An email right after every call, with the transcript. The subject line says booked, message, urgent or spam.
Where the booking lands
On your calendar and in your inbox. No new app to check.
The estimate lands on your calendar with the caller’s name, number, address, job type and notes. It syncs to the calendar app on your phone. Your personal calendar can be checked for busy times without Riley ever writing to it.
The first CRM connection, designed to look up the caller, create the lead, book the appointment, and log the call in AccuLynx. It goes live with the first AccuLynx shop that signs on, using that shop’s own API key.
Riley talks to your calendar through one connection layer, so a new CRM is a new connector, not a rebuild. Built when a client needs one.
Whatever you use, every call also arrives in your inbox as a summary with the full transcript.

Questions
Common questions
- Does my phone number change?
- No. You keep your number. Your phone forwards the calls you don’t answer (busy, no answer, or out of reach) to Riley’s line. Some carriers have to switch on conditional forwarding for your account first, which is a quick call to them.
- Will callers know it’s AI?
- Riley gives its name and your business name. If anyone asks whether they’re talking to a real person, it says plainly that it’s your AI assistant, then offers to book them or have someone call them back.
- Does it work with my CRM?
- Today Riley books into Google Calendar, which syncs to the calendar app on your phone. AccuLynx is the next connection, and it goes live with the first AccuLynx shop that signs on. Other CRMs plug into the same connection layer when a client needs one. Every call also comes to you by email, whatever you use.
- Are calls recorded?
- No audio is kept. Riley keeps a written transcript and a summary of each call, which is what lands in your email.
- What about spam and robocalls?
- Riley ends calls that go nowhere, caps how long any call can run, and can block numbers you name. Your price stays the same.
- Is it only for roofers?
- Riley was built and tested on roofing calls, so that is what it knows best. If you run another home-service trade, ask and we’ll talk through whether it fits.
- Can I turn it off?
- Yes. Dial your carrier’s code to cancel forwarding and your calls ring only you again, on the same number as always.
