Outlaw Trail Storage
Local business site, outside roofing
Live
A small local business site, designed and built end to end, where every claim about the business has a source.
The problem
A small local business needs a site that tells a driver on the highway what the place is and what it is not, then makes it easy to call. The old site for this lot advertised things that were not true, and a storage customer who finds that out on arrival does not come back.
What it does
Eight pages: a home page, one page each for RV, boat and trailer storage, an FAQ, a contact page, and the legal pages. The copy says plainly what the lot is, an open gravel yard behind a fence and a gate, and what it is not, with no covered or climate-controlled spaces. A quote form delivers the inquiry by email.
- One file holds every factual claim about the lot, each with where it came from
- A fact with no source fails the build; an unconfirmed fact is left out of the page
- Build checks sweep the output for dead links, bad anchors, and missing machine-readable files
- The quote form works with JavaScript on or off
How it was built / my role
I designed and built it, and I host it. It is a TypeScript static build with no runtime dependencies, served from Cloudflare Pages, with one Pages Function behind the quote form. The sourcing rule is the same one the larger reference sites on this page run on, at the size of a local business.
